Delivery of Orders
For local orders (Edinburgh, Scottish Borders and North Northumberland), we use our own van. All other orders go by Courier.
Delivery is within 10 working days from receipt of payment unless otherwise agreed with you our customer. We will contact you to confirm delivery times. In the unlikely event where circumstances are beyond our control (eg traffic congestion, bad weather, road accidents, strikes, vehicle breakdowns etc), we are unable to accept responsibility for inconvenience or losses that this may cause, though we consider this on a case-by-case basis.
Please notify us immediately by email or phone if you find the goods damaged upon receipt.
We do not offer a cooling off period for food products / perishable goods. We cannot offer a refund once these products have been produced for you.
If you decide you no longer require the goods and you notify us immediately and before the goods have been produced or despatched we will offer a refund less a 10% administrative charge.
We want you to enjoy Peelham Farm products. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your order, we will at our discretion offer a refund.
Cancellation of order by customers
Once online payment has been made, cancelled orders incur an administrative charge of 10% of the total value of the order (including carriage charge) which will be deducted from the repayment. In the event that Peelham need to cancel an order you will receive a full refund.
Cancellation or deferral of butchery courses by customers
Administering and managing courses and course bookings is time-consuming and costly. Late cancellations and deferred dates can jeapordise the running of our courses or events. Late cancellations can result in unfilled places.
For cancellations either before a course date has been confirmed or leaving 28 days before a course, course fees will be refunded minus 20% administration fee. For cancellations leaving 28-14 days before a course, course fees will be refunded less 50%. For cancellations leaving less than 14 days there will be no refund.
Course deferral / postponement by the customer will require a 10% deferal fee; if within 28 days of their course date a 12% deferral fee will be required and within 14 days of their course date will require a 25% deferral fee. The re-booking date will be confirmed following payment of the respective deferral fee.
Notice of cancellation or deferral of a course booking must be made in writing by post or by email.
Amendments or cancellations of events or courses by Peelham
Peelham Farm Produce reserve the right to cancel or alter any event or course. In the event of cancellation and where a suitable alternative cannot be provided we will make a full refund.
If you choose to pay your invoices by credit/debit card your payment information will be passed to our secure payment provider Paypal.
Peelham does not store customers financial details.
Our website uses the Google Analytics service, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. Google Analytics uses “cookies”, these are text files placed on your computer, to help Peelham Farm Produce analyse how users use the site.
The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google.
