Peelhams organic smoked gammon is traditionally dry-cured by hand on the farm and naturally oak smoked in the farm smokery, with oak shavings sourced locally. Combined with Peelhams Tamworth and Tamworth x Red Duroc pork this makes an exceptional combination of flavours eaten either hot or cold.
