At Peelham Farm, we rear and produce our own meat locally here on our beautiful farm based in the Scottish countryside. Our gluten free sausages and burgers are free of preservatives or added flavour enhances, simply because we produce fantastic-tasting meat that doesn’t require this at all! It also means they are suitable for a range of dietary requirements, including those with coeliac.
We use our own recipes and only our own mixes for our gluten free sausages and burgers. We do not buy-in pre-mixes. This gives us control of every ingredient which goes into your sausage or burger; simply organic meat and organic seasonings.
We use only natural casings for our sausages.
If you prefer not to use any pork, we recommend our lamb merguez sausages, our beef sausages and our veal sausages with no pork-fat added and used with natural lamb casings.
All of our meat fulfils the Organic and Pasture For Life standards, meaning that our animals are free ranging and free grazing - we value animal welfare
