Our Gluten-free meat loaves are fantastic hot with creamy potato mash and brocolli or cold with a salad on picnic or even sliced into a sandwich. Select from our pork, beef or lamb meat loaves each made with complementary herbs and spices (listed below), and then draped with our smoked streaky or collar bacon. Each meat loaf is 1.0kg.
To cook simply wrap in silver foil and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 190 - 200 degrees. Take care in unwrapping the silver foil as it captures those delicious juices released from the meat loaf during cooking. Pour carefully into a jug and than back over the meat loaf before serving.
