All from our organic pasture-for-life lamb, mutton and beef which are processed through our own on-farm organic butchery by us using our own recipes (no pre-mixes, no artificial additives ALL naturally delicious and healthy).

Cooking your Peelham Spiced Beef: Simmer your spiced beef slowly having submerged it in cold water and brought it gently to the boil for 1 hr. It does not need seasoning. Keep the stock to add to that fantastic Boxing Day soup !
