We make this classic, traditional Scottish 'square' sausage with our pasture-for-life beef and our free-range pork .... and a gentle touch of Coriander (and including certified gluten-free oatmeaI). It is delicious with our organic bacon and of course ... organic eggs ! Or just pop-it between two pieces of hot-buttered toast.
