We cure our Lonza from the loin of pork, air-dry it for several months in our 200 year old stone barn and then thinly slice it for a delicately, delicious addition to your charcuterie platter !
Each 50g pack has 6-8 slices per pack.
The pork comes from our organic and free ranging Tamworth x Red Duroc pigs, which are dark red and have a delicously dark ruby and marbled meat.
