Lamb merguez sausages made from our grass-fed, organic Peelham stock. These delicious hand-made sausages are gluten free, as well free from articificial additives and flavour enhancers.
Based on an original Algerian recipe, with flavours of North Africa, rich in cumin, paprika, turmeric and coriander. These lamb sausages go well with humus and are also delicious with cous cous, yoghurt, mint and cucumber.
Ingredients include garlic.
