Peelham's Christmas Trimmings are a selected combination of 300g Organic pork sage Kilties, 450g Streaky Bacon, 600g Organic Pork Chipolatas, and 500g Organic pork sage sausagemeat to tart-up your Christmas Turkey or Christmas Goose. Our delicious streaky bacon is traditionally dry cured by hand, our chipolatas and sausage meat are made from our free ranging organic rare-breed and rare-breed cross pigs. Our chipolatas and sausage meat contain no preservatives, flavour-enhancers or any artificial additives. Make it a delicious and welfare friendly Christmas by using Peelham's pork products.
Our chipolatas and sausage meat include a small amount of sage.
