Peelham's organic beef braising steak has a depth of colour and flavour which come from year-round natural grass-rearing. The level of fine marbelling of fat also make it a good frying steak making it a versatile and inexpensive cut. Peelhams cattle are grass-fed throughout the year to produce a beautifully slow fattened beef which enhances the flavour of all the cuts of beef including this braising or frying steak from the Aberdeen Angus and Luing x cross cattle which add to the excellent flavour with an even distribution of intra-muscular fat.
