YOUR NORMAL ORDER DEADLINE:
Normal ordering deadline is SUNDAY MIDDAY for deliveries the following Friday. Orders received after the Sunday deadline will be carried-over to the following week. As a small business we need this period of time to plan, process and despatch orders.
We will let you know which day to expect your delivery.

The Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland: Courier companies add a surcharge to deliveries to these areas. PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE YOU ORDER and we will advise you of the cost and delivery time.
We use APC to deliver your orders. They are one of the most reliable courier companies in the UK. We currently experience a 99.4% delivery success rate with them, inspite of the very considerable strains all UK courier companies are under with the unprecedented increase in demand and shortage of drivers.
APC are currently adopting the ‘No Contact Delivery Practice’. This is for the safety of both you and the driver. The delivery driver will not ask you to sign the Delivery Handheld Device. Instead, the driver will knock the door/ring the doorbell, place the consignment on the doorstep, step back from the door 2 metres and ask for you to confirm your name. The driver will then type your name into the Delivery Handheld Device. We thank you in advance for your support on this.
If you are not available to take your order the APC driver will leave it in a safe place, take a of photograph of where they have left it which will be available online when you track your consignment and will also leave a card through your letterbox / under your door advising you where they have left it. All courier companies are under extreme pressure during the Covid-19 lockdown and do not have the time to re-deliver. They are your lifeline and our lifeline too and we would ask for patience and tolerance while they undertake this critical task under extreme circumstances
Orders are normally delivered by courier by 4.00pm on Fridays. We will let you know when to expect your order.
If you are in the Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland, your order could take 2-3 days which is why it is essential that you contact us to check before you order. We also double-ice your order to ensure a longer period of chilling.
We will confirm the delivery day with you when we receive your order. If you are receiving your order by courier you will receive the tracking details by email directly from our courier company (APC). We do not use courier services on Fridays for weekend or Monday deliveries.
We prepare your order in our certified organic butchery and pack everything chilled, fresh, ready for dispatch. Your order of our fresh and chilled meat will be packed in a durable biodegradable box and Woolcool insulation and kept chilled with frozen gel packs. Woolcool biodegradable insulation has been independently industry tested for chilled performance to keep contents to less than 8DegC for upto 72 hours, allowing for possible late courier deliveries. Our standard food safety environmental health procedures control Covid-19. We are also adopting additional hand sanitisation, surface disinfection and spaced physical working.
