FARM EVENTS AND BUTCHERY COURSES AS WE EMERGE FROM LOCKDOWN:
We are opening our courses in September and prioritising them for the customers who had booked onto the courses we had to postpone during lockdown. We anticipate opening courses for general booking from the end of October.

Take part in a craft butchey course on our organic farm, in our organic butchery and enjoy an organic farm lunch. In a focussed hands-on butchery course with one of Peelham's craft butchers learn how to cut-down a whole lamb and a whole pig. We have a maximum of 5 on each of our courses which gives each attendee dedicated time to recognise and cut the different joints, make sausages and learn about dry-curing and air-drying (and you take home what you have made ap £30.00 worth of meat all in the course price !). Do all of this with fellow foodies and join-in the chat about food and farming with them and us.
Please note that we need to have a minimum of 3 on each course. In the event that we dont achieve this number on any of our courses we offer alternative dates or provide a full refund. Courses take place on Saturdays during most months with the exception of November and December. It is advisable to book a date when you are purchasing your course.
