Craft Butchery Course

Working With Danny McLeod, Peelham’s Craft Butcher, in our on-site butchery you will:

  • Break-down a whole pig & lamb and learn the different cuts
  • Dry-cure gammon and bacon
  • Make sausages and burgers
  • Have an introduction to making prosciutto crudo and salamis
  • Experience hands-on the workings of our on-farm butchery

With Denise and Chris Walton you will:

Have a brief introduction to the relationship between animal husbandry, eating quality and environmental management  

Courses are limited to 6-8 participants

 

 

Price includes: Refreshments, Lunch and a Meaty Party Bag of sausages and burgers to take home
