Free Range Ruby Veal

Peelham LUING Field-raised Beef Veal from our herd of native Scottish Luing and Luing cross suckler cows. This produces an exquisite dark rose-veal from the grass grazed by calves.

The calves remain naturally in the open with their mothers and the herd. Our cattle are housed only during adverse winter conditions in open staw-bedded sheds.
