Our Organic Veal burgers with lemon and thyme make a zesty flavoured treat especially delicious with a lemon butter sauce ! Our Pasture-for-Life Veal is sourced from our own herd and also from the Ethical Dairy’s Pasture-for-Life herd.

Free-from gluten, dairy, sulphites, nitrites, nitrates, sugar, nuts (NO artificial additives whatsoever)
Shelf-life & Storage: Minimum shelf-life 7 days. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days and by ‘use by date’ shown. Suitable for home freezing.

Our sausages and burgers are freshly made to order each week, using the freshest of the ingredients!
We do not use pre-mixes for our recipes. Each batch is carefully made to recipe, using organic ingredients. After traditionally making our sausages by hand and with natural casings, we hang them to ‘condition’ for 12 hours at 2deg C, during which the sausage mix settles in the casings, excess moisture evaporates, and herbs and spices infuse.
