Peelham uses a traditional, slow dry-salting method followed by slow and gentle cooking for 6 - 7 hours.
CHRISTMAS 2017 LAST ORDER DEADLINES: Midnight Friday 15th December for couriered delivery to your door on Tuesday 19th or Wednesday 20th December or collection from the farm. All collections from the farm must be made please by 5.00pm Friday 22nd December.
For collection at the following FARMERS MARKETS please order by midnight on Friday 15th December:
Saturday 23rd Kelso and Leith Markets and Glasgow (Mansfield Park)
Sunday 24th December Stockbridge Markets
You can always collect from the farm but please ring first and final collections 5.00pm Friday 22nd December.
Products are sent fresh and chilled. Please dont forget to refrigerate/freeze your products as soon as you receive them. Dont delay getting your order to us.
