Rare Breed Pork

Our Free-range TAMWORTH Pigs, from which we produce Ham, Bacon, Sausages and Salamis, the full range of joints and also Suckling Pig.

While still on their mothers, piglets graze freely on grassland providing the very best start to their on-going FREE-RANGE management and slow development on home-grown beans, home-grown barley (mixed with an organic yoghurt Lactobacillus for digestibility), and organic minerals.
