I will definitely be ordering your merguez sausages again when I next make my couscous. I thought they were absolutely delicious, just the right amount of spices and pepper - not too hot which I find often spoils it for me. (my father comes from North Africa so has a particular fondness for merguez and he said they were the best he's had for a very long time).
