This delicious cooked ham joint is ready-to-glaze. We use a traditional slow dry-curing method, whereby we thoroughly and carefully apply the salt by hand to each piece of ham.
Our ham joints are made from our free-ranging organic rare-breed and rare-breed cross (Tamworth) pigs. Their uniquely dark pork with its fine lacing of fat through the muscle make a delicious and succulent cooked ham which we simmer slowly for up to eight hours.
CHRISTMAS 2017 LAST ORDER DEADLINES: Midnight Friday 15th December for couriered delivery to your door on Tuesday 19th or Wednesday 20th December or collection from the farm. All collections from the farm must be made please by 5.00pm Friday 22nd December.
