Our organic charcuterie which is naturally fermented with deep complex flavours is made here at Peelham Farm from our own organic free-range rarebreed cross pigs. Our 'charcuterie-for-a-platter' includes two salamis (Chorizo, Fennel or our Redwine Salami), with two of our Salami Snacking Sticks (either or both of our Droewors-style Beef & Coriander or our Lamb & Cumin Seed with Cayenne Pepper) with two packs of our sliced pack from our selection of airdried meats: Prosciutto Ham (airdried leg of pork), Juniper Mutton (airdried and smoked leg of mutton), Pancetta (airdried smoked pork belly), Coppa (airdried pork shoulder), Lonza (airdried pork loin).
Our salamis are winners of the prestigious Scotland Food and Drink Excellence Awards (2015 & 2017) and a number of other awards including a Great Taste Gold Star for our Prosciutto Ham. Our Air dried Juniper Mutton won Gold at the 2018 British Charcuterie Awards !
