This has been a Peelham favourite for years and is easy and delicious. Our Lleyn cross leg of lamb marinaded in mint, rosemary, soy sauce and olive oil is ready for either the BBQ or the oven - though it is best done outside on the BBQ! Serve hot with salad in a crunchy bread sandwich with loads of herb butter!
