Our Organic Veal Salami with White Wine and Star Anise won two gold stars at the 2019 Great Taste Awards. It is made using our ruby veal and free range pork fat to give it more flavour and consistency. A visually striking astisan salami with deep red meat and creamy fat with anise flavours and a hint of white wine. On the palate the fat melts away well, the fennel starts to build and the star anise backs up the flavour of veal. These are some of the Great Taste Awards judges tasting notes.
