We have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of horse and rider - to be effective, you must also take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring.

The proprietors (Cayley Walton Partners), reserve the right to terminate a subscription or vouchers, or to remove someone from the course in the event of dangerous riding or abuse of the course or the subscription system.

Neither the proprietors nor any person acting on their behalf accept any liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators or any other persons or property whatsoever. By completing the form below, you as the rider or parent or guardian of the rider under sixteen (16) years of age confirm your acceptance of this disclaimer and the conditions for use.

ANY PERSON USING THIS COURSE DOES SO AT THEIR OWN RISK

No rider under 16 to ride unaccompanied by an adult (on foot or on a horse, a quad may be available for a small charge to cover costs). Back protectors and current standard crash helmets (PAS015, EN1384 or ASTM F1163) are compulsory.
