OUR LAST CHRISTMAS MARKET AND MARKET FOR THE YEAR will be at Glasgow Farmers Market in Mansfield Park, Partick for collection of orders and for a good opportunity to buy if you havent ordered !
We will have our delicious hand-salted, dry-cured Cooked Christmas Hams (ready-to-glaze), Christmas Gammons, Festive Sausagemeats, Chipolatas, Kilties and alot of other options for the Festive Season from our Free-range Pork (rare-breed and rare-breed cross Tamworth), ¬†and ¬†free-range, grass reared Veal and Beef (for something really different and delicious for Christmas).
We will be returning to Glasgow on January 14th and from then-on¬†Every second¬†Saturday of the month in Mansfield Park with our organic meat, salamis and charcuterie. ¬†You can stock-up on traditional cuts from our own farmed, grass-fed and free-range livestock or a range of meat products made from them, by us in our on-farm butchery. ¬†Seriously traceable, seriously artisan from a leg of organic pork to an award winning ¬†Salami or a pack of dry-cured smoked bacon. ¬†If you have food allergies or just like to make the choice, our butchery is wheat, dairy, nut and sulphite free. ¬†You can order direct by phone or on-line and collect from the market.
