Peelhams Organic Spiced Brisket of Beef has an exotic festive flavouring with pimento and cinnamon and will add a delicious touch to your festive table. It can be served hot on Christmas or New Years day and than served cold for a light meal with chutneys and cheeses. Spiced and salted by hand using only organic spices, the organic brisket is dry cured from our slow grown, slow matured, gradually aged grass-fed beef. Rolled Brisket is the best joint to salt and spice as the fine lacing of fat through the muscle makes it a particularly flavoursome and moist joint best suited to slow boiling or pot-roasting.
To prepare your Peelham Organic Spiced Beef: Submerge in cold water and bring slowly to a simmering boil for 3 hours from start to finish. No need to add any seasonings but the stock is FANTASTIC added to soup or stock. Ok to freeze too !
LAST ORDER DEADLINES: Midnight Friday 15th December for couriered delivery to your door on Tuesday 19th or Wednesday 20th December or collection from the farm. All collections from the farm must be made please by 5.00pm Friday 22nd December.

You can always collect from the farm but please ring first and final collections 5.00pm Friday 22nd December.
Products are sent fresh and chilled. Please dont forget to refrigerate/freeze your products as soon as you receive them. Dont delay getting your order to us.
