Peelhams Organic Spiced Brisket of Beef is dry-cured and spiced with allspice and cinnamon and will add a delicious touch to your festive table. It can be served hot on Christmas or New Years day and than served cold for a light meal with chutneys and cheeses. Rolled Brisket is the best joint to salt and spice as the fine lacing of fat through the muscle makes it a particularly flavoursome and moist joint best suited to slow boiling or pot-roasting.
To prepare your Peelham Organic Spiced Beef: Submerge in cold water and bring slowly to a simmering boil for 3 hours from start to finish. No need to add any seasonings but the stock is FANTASTIC added to soup. Ok to freeze too !
