Our meat loaves are fantastic hot with creamy potatoe mash and brocolli or cold with a salad on picnic. We make them with our pork and selection of herbs and spices including sage, garlic and nutmeg and than drape them with our smoked streaky or collar bacon. They are gluten free
To cook simply wrap in silver foil and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 190 - 200 degrees. Take care in unwrapping the silver foil as it captures those delicious juices released from the meat loaf during cooking. Pour carefully into a jug and than back over the meat loaf before serving.
