Our delicious organic and ready-to-eat cooked ham slices from our free-ranging rare-breed cross pigs have been traditionally slowly salted followed by a slow and gentle cooking. Our slices are succlent and generous. You will get 4-5 slices in a 200g pack.
All of our hams and bacon are ‘nitrite-lite’ as we use the lowest possible Sodium nitrite content of 80 parts per million as part of our dry-cure mix which is approved by the Soil Association (our certifiers). This results in our ham retaining a soft natural pink colour.
